Our tutors are highly qualified subject specialists and either hold teaching qualifications or are experienced in a field related to their respective subjects. We personally vet each of our online tutors for their personality, communication skills and academic knowledge to maintain the quality of our tutoring sessions. Furthermore, we ensure all our tutors have a valid Working with Children check (WWCC) and Police Check prior to commencing any sessions to ensure the safety of our students.

We quote by 30 mins and hourly basis but we can cater for longer times depending on your needs.

It depends on what the subject, year level and type of tuition chosen. Our flexibility means you can step-up the number of sessions when there is an immediate need, and reduce frequency when required. You have several options, including whether you pay-as-you-go or pay by term. Once we understand your needs, we will help you chose the best method that works for your case.

We require at least 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel a booked session at no charge. In this case, we'll either refund the full fee of the session or credit your online account for the same amount which you can put towards a future payment.

For those on the Pay as You Go lesson plan, payments are to be made 48 hours before the lesson commences.

You have the option to pay by cash or EFT transfer to our nominated company account.

Once we have received the funds, we will e-mail you a confirmation of payment receipt.

Once admin has paired you with the right tutor, you will both work together in working out the time.

Yes! We understand the stress of different tutors have on learning. If your tutor is on leave, we’ll give you at least 72 hours notice.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials before enrolling. But you can choose to pay lesson-by-lesson instead of opting to a term long tuition.

Yes. Generally speaking, we will give progress report at the end of the term but we will provide feedback when needed.
